(60 organizations engaged) wrf expanded its statewide alice campaign, bringing community voices into media, policy, and public conversations. Through partnerships with nonprofits, artists, and communications professionals, wrf built a broader narrative infrastructure to center the realities of arkansas's alice households. This included developing new strategic communications tools, amplifying alice stories in state and national media, and strengthening partner capacity through initiatives like the heal lab. These efforts resulted in increased public awareness of systemic barriers and helped position alice priorities at the forefront of policy discussions.

(20 organizations engaged) wrf implemented the next stage of the arkansas enterprise capital grant fund (aecgf), created to provide larger grant investments paired with targeted technical assistance. In 2024, wrf brought together funders and nonprofit leaders to align on equity-based strategies, documented effective models, and supported capacity building for nonprofit partners. This approach provided nonprofits with the flexible capital and operational support needed to scale their work, improve efficiency, and drive systems change on behalf of arkansas communities.

Philanthropic collaboration (55 organizations engaged) wrf strengthened the infrastructure for collective action among philanthropic partners across the state. Through initiatives such as the arkansas black philanthropy collaborative (abpc), arkansas asset funders network (afn), arkansas impact philanthropy (aip), arkansas cdfi network, and the delta philanthropy forum, wrf supported joint advocacy and investments in equity. These collaborations secured new federal and private dollars for arkansas communities, increased capital flows to underserved regions and populations, and amplified the voice and power of nonprofits across the state.
