THE WOMACK FAMILY CHARITABLE FOUNDATION

The foundation was incorporated as a north carolina nonprofit corporation on december 18, 2017. It was organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable, educational, scientific, and literary purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. The primary purpose of the foundation shall be to make monetary grants to a variety of charitable organizations chosen by the foundation's board of directors based upon their determination of the organizations' needs after research, investigation, consultation, and review.
