Through a range of camps, conferences, and training experiences, ThriveWorx cultivated leaders who are driving change across Costa Rica and Guatemala.a) Community-Led Camps and Sports Development: Our leadership camps directly served 1,939 individuals, while an additional 966 were reached through 38 leaders trained to host camps independently in their own communities. In partnership with local sports coaches, we also engaged 160 youth and coaches through soccer-based development activities that promote teamwork, discipline, and leadership.b) Leadership Conferences and Church Engagement: We hosted ThriveWorx-led leadership conferences for 89 leaders, designed to equip and connect them with peers across the region. $209KCommunity Development: 9,616 people impacted: In 2024, we continued supporting community development initiatives across Costa Rica and Guatemala, advancing local priorities in Education, Water Access, and Economic Development.a) Education: We delivered youth leadership development classes to 176 high school students and teachers, equipping them with tools for character formation and community impact. In addition, we equipped teachers with financial stewardship training taught throughout Guatemalan schools, reaching more than 2,865 students and parents. This curriculum helped build foundational knowledge in personal finance and long-term planning.b) Clean Water: Our clean water initiative expanded access to safe drinking water for 5,925 individuals in homes and schools through the distribution of water filters. This contributed to improved health outcomes and reduced reliance on firewood for water purification.c) Economic Development: We impacted an additional 650 individuals through in

$27KInnovation/Thought Leadership: Innovation is essential to improving the systems that promote flourishing. This year, we advanced our commitment to innovation. We continued our Innovation Fellowship, where a dedicated fellow applied the ThriveWorx innovation cycle to strengthen program design and develop measurable impact metrics. In addition, we continued to cultivate academic partnerships with leading universities in Guatemala, where innovation methodology was introduced to students preparing for leadership in their communities. We also continued collaborating with partners who lead innovation in their respective fields, reinforcing a culture of continuous learning and thought leadership.
