Transafrican education network (ten) brings together denominations and churchs in francophone africa by providing training to untrained pastors. In the last fiscal year, 19,461 participants attended ten training sessions. Training about women's value and about women's roles in the church are specifically addressed. When necessary, women are trained separately from men. Twenty-five percent of our training budget is designated specifically for women leaders and training of women. Ten's african team members develop theological training materials for untrained pastors. The organization currently offers 16 books. Ten's regional and national leaders are trained in leadership and management in order for them to succeed in their roles.
