UFW FOUNDATION

Systemic change and communications encompasses the organization's efforts to make meaningful progress toward social justice and seeks to improve the lives of farm workers and low-income immigrant workers through advocacy, community outreach, and education, organizing campaigns, and leadership development efforts that help actualize just and equitable practices, policies, and institutions. To engage our community, the communication and systemic change teams have led various campaigns in 2024.
