Frank program: frank program dba nextgenu.org: provides consultation, development, and delivery of open-access learning materials for health and humanitarian professionals worldwide. Our free courses and multilingual resources are used by 54,970 learners affiliated with 7,978 institutions globally. Over the past year, more than 367 microlearning lessons were created, 16 new humanitarian modules were finalized, and courses in 15+ languages were launched. Additionally, nursing and public health courses with new and updated curricula were provided.

Steps:the primary purpose of the stem teacher/student education for primary schools (steps) initiative is to improve educational outcomes in stem (science, technology, engineering, and math) for primary school students. For the pilot phase of the steps program, we partnered with benin, cameroon, and the democratic republic of congo to design country-specific math and science teacher guides and workbooks based on each country's curriculum. The project impacted 18 school systems, 143 teachers, and thousands of students, and the materials are available online. Steps is currently designing teacher professional development courses in math and science.

Public health u (phu):public health u (phu) is an initiative of the frank foundation's facilitated learning community that seeks to provide free and extremely low-cost public health e-learning for students and professionals in low- to middle-income countries. We currently offer three programs: a master of public health (mph), master of education for health professionals (mehp), and a ph.d. In global health. All our courses are designed using an ai-adapted approach and enriched with innovative features such as microlearning, tutorbots, lesson summaries, study notes, and videos, making them interactive and learner-friendly. Graduates obtain degrees through our degree-conferring partners, euclid university and the foundation for professional development (fpd).

Humanitarian u (hu): the humanitarianu.org initiative provides professional online certification and training to humanitarian workers worldwide. Our mission is to prepare professionals to work in disaster and humanitarian response, promote and share best practices and standards in the field, and partner and connect with leading organizations, academic institutions, and emergency medical teams. Has trained more than 100,000 humanitarians globally. In june 2025, humanitarianu completed a contract in collaboration with unicef which resulted in the creation of 367 foundational humanitarian training lessons. The lessons are hosted on both hu's website and the drc learning passport site. The initiative also worked together with the who to create an incident manager capacitation pathway framework, covering three tiers of working levels for training both new and experienced incident managers. The framework can also be adapted to different types of settings. (see statement 14)
