Empowerment & Entrepreneurship Personalized Mentorship for Spanish-speaking women entrepreneurs with Impact Hub Houston U4C & Impact Hub Houston launched the Empowerment & Entrepreneurship Mentorship pilot program, specifically designed for 11 Spanish-speaking women entrepreneurs in Houston. The program provided a comprehensive curriculum focused on micro-entrepreneurship, business planning, financial literacy, creativity, innovation, and leadership development. Each participant received personalized training and one-on-one mentorship to grow her business and strengthen her role as a leader and supporter of other women in her community. This initiative equipped the entrepreneurs with practical tools to expand their ventures while fostering resilience, confidence, and a lasting network of mutual support.

Humanitarian Program Hope For Venezuelan Refugees (Colombia) This emergency relief initiative with Hope for Venezuelan Refugees, tackled acute food insecurity along the CcutaPamplona humanitarian corridor by sourcing produce from local farmers, preparing meals on-site in partner shelters, and distributing 10,940 hot soup and meal portions (breakfasts and dinners) to 4,552 peoplerefugees in transit (caminantes), migrants, and the volunteers who serve them. This swift, community-driven response met critical nutritional needs, injected cash into nearby rural economies, and strengthened a volunteer-led network of shelters that will sustain future humanitarian action, demonstrating U4Cs commitment to dignified, and locally anchored relief.

Weaving an Inclusive Community Guatemala Completed a three-year cycle of pilot projects in Parramos; by the end of 2024, 49 Indigenous women had finished 12 empowerment workshops, with two appointed to municipal leadership and ten increasing income through local fairs.

U4C Fair Trade Store Through its Fair-Trade Market initiative, United4Change Center purchases distinctive apparel and accessories crafted by women entrepreneurs in Nepal, Kenya, Tanzania, Colombia, and Boliviaproducts created by micro-enterprises the women launched after completing U4Cs empowerment and entrepreneurship programs. By paying fair-trade prices and reselling the goods in the United States, U4C boosts the artisans household income, reinforces the business skills gained during training, and provides sustainable, dignity-based support for their families and communities.

Empowering Aboriginal Entrepreneurs Argentina Launched the Digital Business Network for Aboriginal Communities in Jujuy, continued training for 22 aboriginal entrepreneurs (68 % women) in e-commerce, leadership, and digital marketing. Graduates earned National University of Jujuy certificates and began mentoring peers online. Empowering Aboriginal Entrepreneurs

Women Infected & Affected by HIV Kisumu, Kenya Sustained 20 Self-Help Groups that offer mutual support and micro-savings to roughly 100 women graduates, while strengthening the leadership skills of more than 20 SHG leaders to organize their groups and develop a table-banking model.

Special training on human trafficking U4C organized a special training on human trafficking in Bolivia to educate and mobilize community leaders around prevention and awareness. Developed in collaboration with Rotarians and subject-matter experts, the training engaged teachers, local leaders, and graduates of U4Cs 2022 Peace Program to deepen their understanding of the issue and strengthen their capacity to respond at the local level. With an estimated reach of over 200 participants, the initiative raised critical awareness, built cross-sector collaboration, and empowered communities to protect vulnerable populations and advocate for human rights.
