The camp property is owned and operated by United Way of Midland County with the facility being rented to church groups, schools, service groups, Scouting groups and other organizations for camps lasting weekends to weeks. All camper programming is provided by the renting organization.

$1KDisaster Relief - meets community needs as the community services coordinator during local emergencies as a sitting member of the Midland County Emergency Operations Center. Services provided may include volunteer coordination, supply distribution and direct assistance to individuals.
