Provides expert scientific analyses, panel input and critical information regarding antimicrobial susceptibility to physicians to optimize infectious disease therapies.national experts in disciplines including clinical microbiology, medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, toxicology, infectious disease practice and regulatory policy and in vivo/in vitro studies will be asked to volunteer their time to analyze scientific data and provide input on current andaccurate antimicrobial susceptibility testing interpretive guidelines for prescribing physicians.this information will be of use in optimizing the availability and appropriateness of antibiotic use for the public and for governmental and other interested organizations.the organization also presents at professional meetings in order to disseminate information and resources. The organization plans to provide a forum for interaction for practitioners, scientists, government representatives and medical societies to collaborate.
