Two virtual conferences were also offered, one focused on improving patient safety and healthcare quality and the other on addressing workforce challenges. A quality safety certificate was also offered and was supported by registration fees. Finally, two workshops were offered, one on patient experience and one on human factors science that were both supported by regisration fees.
