Community based services that provide 1) foster care licensing & placement, 2) adoption services, 3) supervised independent living, 4) transitional supportive housing, 5) after-school/stem/mentoring programs and other supportive services. These programs serve children from birth through age 24 and are focused on building restorative relationships for children, youth, and their families.a total of 50,488 days of foster care and 179 youth were served and 16,584 days of supervised independent living and 71 youth were served. 5 adoptions were completed.
