Walder Science Walder Science provides educational STEM enrichment programs and teacher support through the prism of Jewish values. Enrichment programs are targeted primarily toward students at Chicago-area Jewish day schools and include exhibits, demonstrations, competitions, after-school programs, and opportunities to work in both collaborative and individual settings. The main goal is to pique the participants curiosity and scientific interests by designing engaging projects and allowing students to work at their own pace, encouraging young researchers to arrive at and take ownership of their own discoveries. Teacher support programs provide professional education and resources in order to increase the pool of skilled math and science teachers in Jewish parochial high schools
