$8KMiss waseca sleigh & cutter is a scholarship program. The pageant is open to young women from the waseca area. All contestants receive scholarship money. The winner qualifies to compete in the miss minnesota pageant. Approximately 20 contestants each year. Other donations and scholarships to locals in the amount of $94,932 is included in lawful gambling expenditures.

Children's dream catcher program provides a wish or dream for a family who has a terminally ill child in the waseca area.
