Program 1
Leadership academy is a chamber program for the development and education to build future leaders in the west des moines community. The leadership academy graduated 35 participants in 2024 and began its 17th year in september bringing the total number of participants thus far to 564.
Program 2
Elevate's goal is to consolidate and celebrate the power of women in leadership through professional, familial, and community roles. Using a quarterly meeting format, elevate, provides unique, distinctive educational and resource opportunities with the ability to hear from people of interest in all walks of life.
Program 3
Accelerate (fka new view) is the young professionals extension of the chamber. Accelerate holds monthly events to help foster relationships between chamber members and young professionals in the community.
