Summer academy is a 6-week program for students in pre-kindergarten through grade 8, designed to address knowledge loss over the summer also referred to as the 'summer learning loss'. The program balances academic classes with cultural and recreational activities that develop self-esteem and respect for others.

Team mentoring is an 18-week program whose mission is to provide guidance through mentoring to 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th grade young men. To impact them with a curriculum that will help them with conflict resolution, growth mindset, leadership skills, mentoring, health and wellness, education and economic empowerment through interaction that will inspire and give them a path to helping them reach their goals. This program operates in partnership with big brothers big sisters of indianapolis and works with the young mentees who are on the waiting list for a big brother role model.

Financial literacy is a 16-week co-ed program designed to educate high school students in the area of financial management and basic investments through a weekend financial curriculum on the campus of the university of indianapolis. Through a combination of lectures and interactive engagement activities, the students will learn how to create an intense investment portfolio to present to a panel of scoring judges at the end of the program. Students who successfully complete the program earn scholarship funds towards the college or university of their choice.

Stem initiative (robotics) is a 22-22 week program, students are trained on the fundamentals of stem via robotics as well as engage in dialogue on leadership, education and mentoring. Students from second to eighth grade participate in the program currently at one local indianapolis public school. The curriculum incorporates online robotic builds, programming, and skill challenge competitions including human and autonomous control. Math principles/concepts are introduced that they can use in math classes (i.e. Fractions, ratios, and time). These concepts are used for analyzing gear ratios, robot movement, power, and torque.

College connection - collegiate 100 (c100) is a program under the umbrella of college connection designed to nurture and enhance the growth, development, and opportunities for young african-american students on college and university campuses throughout central indiana.

The african-american history challenge is a national program. It is a 20-week history and cultural education program designed to enhance the study of african-american history. Two divisions are offered - jr (grades 8 and below) and sr (grades 9-12). Participants compete locally and the winners may represent the indy "100" at the national level.
