To benefit & support mission housing development corporation, a californianonprofit public benefit corporation, and its purposes in accordance with section509(a)(3) of the internal revenue code by (1) providing affordable housing forlow-income persons, where inadequate housing exists for such groups; and (2)providing decent, safe and sanitary housing for low-income persons, or forlow-income persons who are homeless or in imminent danger of homelessness, or whoare displaced from urban renewal areas, or as a result of governmental action, ora major disaster where in adequate housing exists for such groups.
