Our mission is to promote economic development and employment specifically in food production and related industries. Our goal is to provide a production kitchen and co-working space to exchange ideas and develop a food innovation program. It is designed for food entrepreneurs and start up businesses for people of all ethnicities, income and education levels as well as provide the community with a vehicle to generate revenue and create jobs.
