Coaching - the club had around 13 coaches helping kids with their personal and professional development for 2024. The coaches helped more than 120 players achieve their goals. These coaches were instrumental in mentoring the players to identify their strenghts and weaknesses. The coaches also made sure that the players develop strategies to deal with challenges including offering feedback, establishing clear objectives, and creating an environment that is helpful for learning and development, essential to their growth. The coaches constantly communicate with the players, actively listening and motivating the players at all times.
Service - The club helped and mentored more than 120 kids in different occasions developing their skills and teamwork during pratices and scrimmages. The players practice their skills under pressure which teaching develop mental toughness. The players learn to play together and communicate on the field emphasizing sportmanship and mutual respect. The players benefit from practices and scrimmages staying active and enjoying having fun with their fellow teammates. But most of all regular practices and scrimmages have been proven to help players improve their skills, build endurance, and learn to work together.
Other expenses, license renewal, card fees, professional fees and insurance to carry out the goal of the club.
