The mission of the organization is to provide scholarships and other educational opportunities to eligible individuals, as determined by the coprerations board of directors of the corporation, make distributions for charitable and/or educational purposes to eligible individuals as determined by the board of directors, make distributions for charitable and/or educational purposes to organizations which qualify as expempt organizations as determined by the board of directors, and make payments and expense reimbursements to eligible individuals,as determined by the board of directors that constitute qualified disaster relief payments as as defined under internal revenue code section 139.
