The Organization's mission is "To Network Innovation and Leadership in Cardiothoracic Surgery" through furthering education and enhancing the practice of cardiovascular and thoracic surgery, promoting the interchange of both clinical and research ideas, providing the framework for networking and support, and to provide a platform for fellowship and camaraderie between members of the organization.
