21st century leaders connects, transforms, and inspires high school students across georgia to become leaders in their school, community, and ultimately the workforce.

Programs

School-year programs 2023-2024 school year we served over 2,500 students with 580 live training events, programs, and experiences for the year with 91% of students say their confidence as a leader increased through 21st century leaders. Our online learning platform, leadership connect saw a record enrollment of over 2,700 students with 96% enrolled received free access. We launched our final curriculum of program in partnership with emory's goizueta business school on social enterprise and entrepreneurship where students can not earn a leadership certificate from goizueta, the first of its kind. Our school and community based 21clubs, supported over 400 students across 30 clubs and we provided nearly 40,000 in post-secondary scholarships.

Homework centers the homework center program, managed by 21st century leaders through scana energy, established after-school tutoring and academic enrichment programs in georgia title 1 elementary schools for up to four years at each school. In the 2023-2024 school year an average of 257 students were enrolled and attended for 458 days across the ten homework centers. 83% of parents agree that since attending the scana energy homework center, their child is doing better on schoolwork and is better prepare for class. Participating schools reported improved grades and gains in test scores among homework center students, especially in math and reading.
