The battle buddy program - resilience coaching the battle buddy program has undergone significant evolution. Initially, it served as a means to reintegrate veterans by facilitating connections with fellow veterans, providing a crucial human connection to a new community. However, it has since developed into a fully operational coaching program. Now, veterans themselves administer the trauma resiliency protocol (trp) and emotions management process (emp) on a peer-to-peer basis.

Bridge builder program the essence of our mission lies in the bridge builder program, which aims to connect individuals from our designated communities - including active military, military veterans, first responders, and emergency medicine staff - with essential services. These connections are vital for swiftly addressing the emotional distress that may arise from the traumas they have encountered while serving our country and communities.
