PROJECT HOME - In 2024 Project Home a public-private partnership focused on increasing Black homeownership in the Waterloo Cedar Falls IA supported 12 participants in achieving first-time homeownership. The program provided targeted education financial literacy and resources to help participants navigate the home-buying process and secure financing promoting wealth-building and financial stability.

PITCH COMPETITION - Vitality Pitch Competition - In 2024 The Vitality Pitch Competition showcased highlighted and supported small businesses in the Cedar Valley. Entrepreneurs who complete the Vitality Business Accelerator present their business concepts to a panel of judges for an opportunity to win seed funding and gain exposure. The competition strengthens our local entrepreneurial ecosystem by providing training visibility and direct financial support to emerging founders.
