3Ho Foundation International

Solstice: two 7 day retreats were held during the time of the summer and winter solstices, providing training in yoga and meditation and a variety of workshops and classses on teaching yoga, healing, numerology, music and dancing. The summer event was attended by 490 persons; the winter event was cancelled due to financial restraints.

Heritage and tradition: continuing with a 3ho tradition we provide spiritual names and correspondence. Our international kundalini yoga teachers association (ikyta) provided membership benefits to hundreds of yoga teachers.
