Administer the youth baseball program for the enjoyment and enrichment of the youth; teach youth the fundamentals, techniques, and rules of baseball; promote an active and healthy lifestyle in the youth of the community through the participation in the game of baseball; provide participants with a positive atmosphere that promotes good sportsmanship and respect for teammates, opponents, coaches, and the game of baseball itself; provide learning opportunities and skills workshops for youth interested in baseball; and promote relations between the organization, the youth, and the other baseball organizations within kosciusko county, specifically warsaw, indiana.
