The mission of the organization is to raise awareness of the foster care crisis; develop, propose and implement plans to significantly reduce the number of children in foster care, while increasing the number of adoptions, volunteers and foster homes; improve the outcomes of children in foster care generally; and conduct such other activities and programs in furtherance of the foregoing purposes as may be carried out by a corporation organized under section 501 (c) (3) of the internal revenue code.
