The housing ministry includes tenant health assessments to address the needs of low-income residents in holistic ways.

Community cultivation is the overarching program designed to drive community relationships and engagement. This includes the community garden, bike clinic, kids and teen clubs and summer meals, and holiday gatherings (Christmas Brunch, Easter Dinner, and Thanksgiving Dinner).
