We help women in the workplace reach their god-given potential with confidence.
Programs

Digital community - provides resources and community to women in the workplace globally through weekly blogs, emails, social media and podcasts.
Mentor program - 10-week experience with a mentor who has walked the path of navigating spiritual, relational and professional decisions. In 2024, 60 women participated in one of the 3 sessions offered.
In 2024, 4word launched an executive cohort program which executive women can join a small group of women (20 or less) committed to 3 in-person meetings and monthly connections to build increased support of one another. The program requires a 2-year committment to join.
