The corporation is organized for charitable, education, and or scientific purposes within the meaning of Sec 501c3 section of the IRS code. To the extent with the above of general purposes without limiting other activities. It may undertake in furtherance of such objectives and purposes. The 5PNA exists to empower, educate, improve, and advocate for the residents of 5 Points and adjacent areas.
