The exclusive purpose of the corporation is to hold title to property, in accordance with section 501 (c) (2) of the united state internal revenue code, collecting income therefrom, and turning over the entire amount thereof, less expenses, to worcester center for performing arts, inc. A corporation enjoying tax exempt status as a charitable corporation described in section 501 (c)(3) of the united states internal revenue code and a corporation which itself is organized under chapter 180 of the massachusetts general laws.
