On March 23, 2024, 6Beds Inc. showed their appreciation and support for ALZheimersOC with a BIG 6BEDS Team participation in this years 2024 Walk4ALZ in Orange County.
April 23, 2024, was 6Beds Inc 10th Year Advocacy Day: Unlock Insights: Get the latest on regulatory developments, including the crucial RCFE expansion bill. 6Beds members were given the opportunity to network with notable speakers and influential key speakers and regulators (DDS, DSS, ALTA Regional Center).
On July 17, 2024, HomeCA Inc was invited to present regarding the assistance to Native Americans needing assisted living. Additionally, HomeCA Inc. informed ARF/RCFE 6Beds members that there are opportunities to provide independent living if they have houses that can be made available for shared housing.
On August 23, 2024, 6Beds Inc had its 10th Annual Conference free for all ARF& RCFE operators live from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm at Heritage Room, Laguna Hills Community Center. 6Beds Annual Conference is an educational event where all regulatory agencies such as department of developmental services and department of social services provide presentations on the most current information relevant to ARF and RCFE providers to help them improve their facilities and quality of service to residents. The conference helps ARF and RCFE operators help with compliance therefore minimizing deficiencies and penalties.
On August 24, 2024, 6Beds Inc had its 10th Year Anniversary Gala and Awards Night where we recognized and celebrated the dedication and excellence of select ARF and RCFE caregivers, administrators, and operators. The gala award banquet was held at Marriott Hotel. The purpose is to honor caregivers, administrators and operators for many years of excellent service, hard work and dedication to their residents.
On September 9, 2024, 6Beds hired Marc Lung, CEO of CompECS to moderate/facilitate 6Beds CAREtoTALK Webinar Series. He presented to our members about how to gain insights on creating an engaging culture in their care facility and how to foster stronger relationships with residents, staff, and families.
On October 29, 2024, 6Beds Inc CAREtoTALK Webinar Series, moderated by Marc Lung, presented on how to Unlock Marketing and Sales strategies designed to help care homes thrive in todays competitive landscape. He gave practical tips for making lasting impressions to families and residents to increase members resident count.
On November 22, 2024, 6Beds Inc hosted a live in-person event in Foster City Community Center in the Bay Area. At the event, attendees gained clarity on labor laws, learned how clean inspection records, lowered insurance premiums, and discovered risk management strategies to protect their facility.
On December 31, 2024, 6Beds Inc members who attended the CAREtoTALK series hosted by Marc Lung, were able to master clear communication techniques, learned effective task management, acquired conflict resolution strategies, discovered ways to empower their team, and gained insights into California's RCFE/ARF laws and ethical practices to ensure compliance and quality care.
