The organization collects, solicits and receives from persons, firms or corporations cash and all other kinds of property for the specific purpose to be used charitably for the benefit of persons of the class of 1974 mcgill-toolen high school in mobile, al who are in emotional or financial distress, provide memorials for deceased classmates and to benefit mcgill-toolen high school to fund programs for the assistance and betterment of students in the mobile, alabama area. The organization makes gifts and contributions to other local and national charities which it deems merit receipt of their funds.
