911 Circle Wind Memorial Concert Corp

The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, including, for such purposes, holding a concert for the memory of 9-11 victims on the night of september 11th every year, and inviting their families from all over the world, and, in addition the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
