Training includes modules on sustainable practices, coffee production, soil health, and appropriate technology. In 2024, the organization also began construction and equipping of the demonstration farm, which will serve as a centralized site for future training, community learning, and cross-cultural mission engagement. Staff and missionary support enabled regular site visits, cohort instruction, and program implementation across multiple rural communities.
