Idgs-individual directed goods and services (idgs) are services, equipment or supplies not otherwise provided through opwdd's hcbs waiver or through the medicaid state plan that address an identified need in a participant's service plan, which includes improving and maintaining the participant's opportunities for full membership in the community. Participants manage their idgs services, as described in their life plan and self-direction budget.

Day hab, com hab, site based respite, fiscal intermediary, self hired respite, broker services, service access, housing, otps, frr. All other programs provide support to individuals with idd in their home & community. Supports are ongoing to assist individuals with becoming independent.

In-home respite services provide a respite relief to the primary caretaker. This service is provided to individuals with i/dd who reside in their natural homes. Serivices are provided 7 days a week and scheduled based on the individual's need.
