Affordable rental housing: the five single family residential properties we lease out surround the acp campus, and are designed to help stabilize the jennings 4th ward community and improve the quality of life for our tenants. Our tenants include single fathers and single mothers who are the primary caregivers for their families. Because we work with tenants who have a criminal background and bad credit, we give these individuals the opportunity to have a safe and affordable place to live.
