Community connections-cc has three components, community based drop-in center;peer supports; and building community collaborations. Building cross system and community collaborations,and work experience opportunities for youth peer supports. Community based drop-in center is being developed through youth and commmunity voice and participation. Serves 50-100 youth between the ages of 16-24 each year.

Expenses: $932K

Safe home: a shelter that provides refuge for youth ages (ages 11-18) who have no safe place to live. During their stay, youth receive a thorough assessment, therapeutic and case management services, entry into the life skils academy, and assistance in arranging safe and secure long-term housing. The safe home also provides outreach to young people who are experiencing homelessness, detention diversion for young people who have committed minor offenses and aftercare support to young people and their families. The safe home serves 150-200 youth per year across the state of new mexico.

Other programs includes the clinical program which provides therapy services within new day programs and the resource families program which includes comprehensive care coordination for young people between the ages of 16 through 25.
