A silver lining foundation has expanded our bamam program by adding survive to thrive. This program is designed specifically for women and men who have been previously diagnosed with breast cancer. The program is tailored to fit the unique needs of survivors who are un-insured or under-insured by offering no cost diagnostic testing.

Expenses: $6KGrants: $6K

Keep a breast is a face to face, multimedia breast health presentation that includes a straightforward discussion between breast cancer survivors and young women. The goal is two-fold: to teach young women to become advocates for their own breast health and to raise awareness of the need for breast cancer screening to those who are uninsured or underinsured.
