At Aadhar,our mission is to empower individuals and communities by providing accessible,compassionate,and innovative mental health support.We are dedicated to increasing awareness,reducing stigma,fostering resilience,and promoting mental wellness throgh education,advocacy,and comprehensive services.Our commitment is to ensure that every person has the resources and support they need to lead a fulfillig and mentallt healthy life. Mental wellness is a critical component for leading an overall health life.Women and childrens face several obstacles routinely.The challenges are amplified if they are from mogrant family.Being able to reach out to get help is the first hurdle.Aadhar will reach out to these vulneranle people of the society and create a resource network and working with local providers to create service line to community.
