Roundtables: roundtables created space for a total of 2,605 hr professionals participating in peer-to-peer learning. With over half of the membership organizations (50.7%) actively attending, this program significantly enhanced knowledge sharing and community building across diverse industries.

Benchmark surveys: with 533 companies (50.3%) contributing to surveys, this program fueled valuable benchmarking data that members could use for decision-making. These 1,079 inputs shaped key insights into compensation, benefits, and hr best practices.

In addition to aaim's core engagement programs, several other services provided valuable support to the membership throughout the year. A total of 194 companies obtained labor law posters, helping members maintain compliance with federal and state posting requirements. The aaim leadership conference drew over 500 attendees from over 90 companies, offering a dynamic environment for leadership development and peer networking. Meanwhile, this week at work, a live podcast-style briefing, delivered timely and relevant hr insights to 1,116 attendees representing 104 companies, keeping members informed and prepared for emerging workplace issues.
