Abcs Of Wellness Advanced Biotherapies Collective Of Wellnes

Our mission is to educate, collaborate and provide a multitude of complementary and alternative/advanced medical (c.a.m.) therapies free of charge to our communities. These methods include, but are not limited to: mindfulness practice, meditation, yoga & yoga therapy, acupressure, counseling, and energies therapies. We aim to educate the public by offering free workshops and teaching these modalities to volunteers who can provide these therapies such as mindfulness/meditation, yoga, etc. to populations in domestic abuse shelters, homeless shelters, boys and girls clubs, veteran centers, retirement homes, schools, etc. We will also host a collective of therapists and healers, creating an exchange of wellness practice among our members/volunteers. As well, we will provide individual sessions to members in our communities to foster more relaxation, healing and wellness.We will produce self-care pamphlets, brochures, ebooks and classroom texts on those practices, which have been scientific
