Above + beyond cancer's hotel program provides accessibility to and increases the likelihood patients can complete treatment, even when they might be hours away from their treatment center. The hotel program provides free lodging to cancer patients who must travel at least 50 miles to their treatment center and cannot afford a place to stay. In 2024, above + beyond cancer provided 815 nights of lodging to cancer patients and caregivers throughout iowa and the mayo clinic.

Above + beyond cancer transformational journeys provide cancer survivors and caregivers opportunities to travel the globe challenging themselves both physically and mentally. Above + beyond cancer provides domestic and international journeys that allow participants to bond with others dealing with cancer, providing support when needed and being supported as well. In 2024, above + beyond cancer took 18 cancer survivors and caregivers to climb the upper portion of the appalachian trails in new hampshire and maine.
