The corporation is organized and operated exclusively for educational, charitable and social welfare purposes within the meaning of section 501 (c)3of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended (the code) including, but not limited to the advancement and support of the lgbtqia+ community, eliminating prejudice and discrimination, defend human and civil rights, and promote the common good and welfare of the lgbtqia+ community and to perform activities and raise funds for such purposes. In such connection, the corporation may work with existing charitable organizations and/or other groups to identify specific needs.
