Hiv care: to provide ryan white part b & part d services to improve the quality, availability and organization of health and support services for eligible hiv infected patients and families; emergency short-term financial assistance for rent, mortgage, utility or medical supplies.
Supportive housing programs: permanent supportive housing for homeless persons with hiv/aids, substance use and/or mental health disorders, or other federally recognized disabilities. Services include housing, utility and/or rental deposit assistance, furnishings, case management, substance use and/or mental health disorder treatment, transportation, and a tenant based rental assistance program (tbra).
