Accent Pontiac used the funding to support the expansion of their social change through music program to Pontiac Middle School. Accent Pontiac served 20 new middle school students with after-school music education four days per week, including sectionals and ensembles in brass, woodwind and percussion instruments, music history, music theory, music production, and chamber music. In addition, Accent Pontiac programming included homework help, a snack and meal each day, and transportation.
