Provide job training and readiness, basic skills remediation, esl training, occupational training, supportive services, job placement and follow up services for low income individuals, laid off workers and welfare recipients. The program also provides to the community job search resources, internet access, phones, faxed and copiers, a computer learning lab and free employability skills and resume writing workshops. The program also hosts quarterly job fairs.

Provide academic and social development of individuals from preschool age through adulthood. Academic enrichment programs offer tutoring in core subjects, homework assistance, character education, computer instruction, and health and fitness activities for school-age youth.
