Consumer-directed personal services is a facilitated consumer-directed home based personal assistance program. Accesscny is the fiscal intermediary and employer of record. People with disabilities supervise their own personal assistants. Services can be provided in the language of the participant's choice.

Mental health residential provides omh certified housing in community residence and apartment settings.

Other program services include: 1) comprehensive clinical services for people of all ages and with a wide range of disabilities. The diagnostic & treatment center is licensed by nys, doh to provide outpatient therapy. Article 16 is licensed by opwdd to provide outpatient therapy. 2) education services to children aged birth to five. Services are provided in an integrated setting and include pt, ot and speech therapy. 3) other mental health services to people of all ages and with a wide range of mental health concerns.
