Developing Positions on the Future of Provider Payment and Incentives for Accountable Care: Working with our companies and our policy council and leadership, we have begun developing policy positions related to accelerating accountable care. We have worked with leading health care think tanks, academics and stakeholder organizations to develop position statements on the future of physician payment, and to develop resources and toolkits to provide a policy baseline for staff working on these issues. Educational Briefings and Events: Accountable for Health hosted multiple briefings for Capitol Hill audiences including one on alternative payment models and one on accountable maternity care. We also established a quarterly series of educational events on relevant topics, including state based efforts to advance accountable care and other topics of interest related to improving health outcomes and lowering costs.

Accountable for Health Membership: In our second year, we have added new members with a total of about 55 member organizations participating in the mission of accelerating the adoption of accountable care. Our participating organizations include a wide array of accountable care participants, including providers, consumer and community organizations, specialty care organizations, and data and technology enablement companies.

Partnerships to Advance Accountable Care:A4H has continued its Voices for Accountable Care group in partnership with organizations representing community engagement in health care. Through this group, we are exploring ways to deepen community engagement in health care and advancing accountable care through these partnerships.
