Achieve community charter school builds innovations who graduate college ready to solve the world's next set of challenges. Subsequently, july 1, 2023, the charter school merged with people'spreparatory charter school (ppcs) which served senior high school innewark. The charter school's assets, liabilities and equity as of that datewas combined with the ppcs to create a new k-12 school, people's achievecommunity charter school (paccs). The nj doe approved the merger onfebruary 1, 2023.

The charter school implemented the every student succeeds act (essa) and idea programs. These programs were enacted by congress to preauthorize the elementary and secondary education act with major focus on providing all children with fair, equal and significant opportunity to have a high quality education through enrichment activities. In addition, the charter school also implemented requirements of the esser, arp and other covid-19 related activities to retain and maintain school operations during the covid-19 pandemic.
