ALZHEIMERS AND DEMENTIA SUPPORT SERVICES - a caregiver support group and crisis management support program to create and prevent burnout, reduce levels of strain and depression, and increase caregiver capacity with the primary intent on delivering individual Crisis Management Support. Support includes immediate help on ADRD behavioral interventions, neglect and abuse, wandering, theft, rehousing, depression, burnout, referrals, and other complications that arise and threaten the treatment of ADRD.

Alzheimers Care Project is an in-home assessment, treatment & management program for people living with Alzheimers disease or related dementia that are home bound. The program is intended to provide assistance & comprehensive care to seniors living at home with dementia & those who care for them over the course of their illness; to age in place with a maximum of independence.
